Dill Butter Sauce
A beautiful sauce for our lemon pepper linguine, red bell pepper linguine, and Saffron. Great with any poultry or seafood

Ingredients- 1 package pasta
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste.
InstructionsHeat a saute pan. Add 1 teaspoon of the butter. Quickly saute garlic, you could add a little white wine also. Add the remainder of butter slowly melt over medium heat until melted, finish with fresh Dill and season.
