Jora Maria's Jambotta
This savory dish uses Artichoke Hearts, Herb D'Italia or Spinach Basil Garlic Linguine to create a colorful and tasty meal

Ingredients- 1 medium onion julienne
- 1 yellow bell pepper julienne
- 1 red bell pepper julienne
- 1 or 2 fresh garlic cloved (minced)
- 3 tbls olive oil
- 1 tbls basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 12oz can chopped italian tomatoes
- 1 tbls sugar
- 1 dup dry wine
InstructionsSaute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add other ingredients and white or black pepper to taste. Serve over DeCio Artichoke Hearts, Herb D'Italia or Spinach Basil Garlic Linguine and sprinkle with Parmigiana cheese.
