Fancy Nancy's Cilantro Pesto
This delicious dish uses our Tri-Chile Fiesta or Saffron, Beet, or Red Bell Pepper Fiora pasta. Quick to make and even quicker to disappear once it hits the dinner table!

Ingredients- 2 bunches fresh cilantro (stems included)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup kasari
- 1/2 lime (squeezed)
InstructionsPut ingredients in food processor for 15 to 30 seconds. Add white pepper to taste. Toss into DeCio Tri-Chile Fiesta or Saffron, Beet, Red Bell Pepper Fiora pasta. Serve hot or cold.
