What goes into your pasta?
Only the best, purest REAL product. 100% Durum Semolina which comes from North Dakota.
What are your most popular flavors?
The Spinach Basil Garlic Linguine, Tomato Basil Garlic Linguine, Herb D’Italia Linguine and Lemon Pepper Linguine. In the Fettuccine, the Tomato, Spinach, Garlic is a customer favorite.
But, they ARE ALL good!
How many flavors do you make?
Almost 40 flavors in total. We are constantly adding new flavors and varieties. This year we are making flavored lasagnas and flavored pennes. Our new products should be available 3/01/2006, we are currently perfecting the recipes. We also plan on adding six to eight new flavors this year, so we are constantly trying to give our customers something new and different. Our goal is to have something for everyone!
What was the biggest trend you saw in 2005?
Whole wheat is the trend. We plan on rolling out a new flavored line of whole wheat pastas, three flavors to start, on June 6, 2006. So check back!
What about low carb, wheat free, gluten free pastas?
We have tried, but to no avail. Without the wheat, it’s just not the same texture, flavor or experience. We refuse to put our name on an inferior product, which we have found anything without wheat to be. Sorry.
How do I store your pasta?
In a cool, dry place. Your pantry is the perfect place. Do NOT store in your freezer or refrigerator. Heat, moisture, and light are the enemies of pasta, so store accordingly.
What is your shelf life for the pasta??
Obviously, the sooner you use our pasta, the better it will be. If you store as we instruct, your pasta can last up to two to three years (although it never seems to last that long!)
After 16-18 months, the quality does begin to deteriorate, but we guarantee it will be better than any “store bought “pasta after two to three years.

How do we order your pasta?
You can order online, call 1-800-397-0770 and place your order with one of our customer service representatives, fax your order to 480-456-1081, or request a catalog to place a mail order. Thanks for your interest.
How do you ship my order?
We use UPS Ground for our standard delivery. We do not except P.O. Box addresses, we need a physical address. If you have no choice but to ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO or a destination outside the continental USA, we can arrange for that, but we ask you call us as shipping rates and estimates vary significantly from the rates we list on our site.
Can you expedite my shipment??

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders process in 24-48 hours unless you call us to expedite your order ( Extra charges apply). Generally after your ship date, your order will arrive in 1-5 days depending on where your location is. All orders are shipped from our headquarters and production facility in Tempe, Arizona USA.
Where are your products sold?
In Arizona, AJ’s Fine Foods is our primary distributor. We sell to numerous specialty food stores, gourmet stores, fine wineries, restaurants, and resorts across the nation. We sell at numerous farmers markets, arts and craft festivals, and street fairs across the country. Please check the website for our locations. We are a handmade pasta company, so never expect us to be a nationwide company, or we would be like any other store bought pasta. We are very selective of the marketplace our quality products are sold in, so if there is not one near you order online or call us direct for the freshest possible product!!
How old is the product when it leaves your production facility?
We move our product so quickly, that none of the product that hits store shelves is more than a month old. The “ pasta” you buy in the grocery store can be up to a year old before it hits store shelves. We guarantee our pasta to be the freshest dry pasta you have ever had!
What about your gift baskets and gift boxes?
Our gift baskets and gift boxes are a year round thing, not just limited to the Holidays, in order to accommodate not only our corporate customers, but our individual customers looking for that special, a little bit different gift for friends, family, and business associates.
Is your product organic??
No, it is not organic, it is all-natural. We cannot guarantee from the providers we have researched for a completely, truthful organic product. The product we make is all natural, no preservatives, no food colorings, no dyes, no pesticides and no eggs, making it cholesterol free and vegetarian friendly, because of this, IT’S GOOD! Try for yourself.
What if I am not satisfied or happy with the product I received?
Call us!! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know. We unconditionally guarantee our product. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our product we will either replace or return (at your discretion and our cost) without any question. At DeCio Pasta, we want our customers to be happy.
