About Decio Pasta

DeCio Pasta is handmade pasta using Durum Semolina wheat flour. Our pasta is all natural, no cholesterol, low in sodium and fat. We do not use eggs in our Linguine or our Fettuccine; hence we are a Vegan pasta product. DeCio obtains our vibrant colors and wonderfully  flavored pasta directly from the vegetables and or herbs indicated on our  label. You truly have to experience our pasta and taste the difference!

DeCio pasta, founded 25 years ago in a garage in Cave Creek, Arizona was  primary sold in Farmers Markets and Arts Festivals throughout the state. Fourteen years ago DeCio was purchased by  Chef Scott  Morrison, at the time an Instructor at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. We are currently producing out of our factory  in Tempe, Arizona where our current owners, Award winning Excutive Chef Scott Morrison  and Gerard Havill have a  combined culinary food service  experience of over 50 years and are supporting multiple distributors across the Country. We have had  rave reviews from food critics, Hollywood stars and National  publications including New York Magazine, USA Today, Gourmet Magazine, Bon Appetit and the New York Times.

DeCio Pasta is presently sold in Farmers Markets, Specialty food stores, Wine Shops, Art Festivals, Wineries, and Restaurants across the Country.
